What type of themes are available?

Looking to spruce up your party? Our Graphics Themed Jumps come with optional party panels that attach to the top and/or sides of the inflatables. Adding a theme is completely FREE and can be selected on your booking page at checkout.

Please note, some themes can add as much as 5.5’ in height so we ask that you ensure ample space at your setup location to accommodate (i.e. no power lines above or low ceilings for indoors).

What areas do you service?

We proudly serve a 10-mile radius of Oak Lawn (including Orland Park, Palos Heights, & Chicago Ridge). Rentals within this 10-mile radius come with a FREE delivery, setup, and take down—one less detail on your plate for your big event. 🙂

Rentals outside this radius are usually accepted but are subject to a delivery fee.

What types of jumps are available?

From traditional bounce houses to water jumps to basketball hoop combos, we have just about every inflatable to fit your needs. Check out our Inflatables tab above for a more comprehensive selection.

What type of surface can you set an inflatable on?

We can set up an inflatable on almost any surface. We recommend grass and level ground for safety purposes.

For water jumps and/or dirt or concrete surfaces we require a tarp (supplied by us) to be placed as a buffer between the inflatable and surface. This extra measure will ensure cleanliness for muddier areas as well.

How many kids can play in a jump at one time?

On average, our jumps hold approximately 6 to 15 kids, depending on the size of the jump and the age of the kids.

How much space is required to set up a jump?

For safety purposes we need a little bit of wiggle room. We don’t want anything too close (i.e. fences, trees & etc.) that would get in the way of securing the jump.

Our sizing chart is a general spacing estimate for our inflatables, but make sure to check out the description in our product pages under the rental you have in mind. One foot (or more ideally) on all sides is sufficient.

What is the oldest/ youngest age limit?

There is no limit! Our products really do offer FUN for everyone!

Keep in mind, though, depending on the age group, some products may offer more fun than others. So we recommend checking out the ideal age range we listed in the rental descriptions on our product pages.

Can children get hurt?

Experience has shown us that jumps are actually safer than most schoolyard playground equipment, but, even on something as squishy and bouncy as our inflatables, accidents can happen.

Adults are required to supervise at all times and advised to follow the rules outlined in the rental agreement.

How long does it take to set up a jump?

On average, setup takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes per jump depending on the location of where the jump is to be set up.

When it comes to larger rentals, more time may be required—especially when dealing with water inflatables (depending on water pressure, it can take as long as 45 minutes to fill up pools).

We kindly ask for your assistance in making sure everything goes smoothly for your event by having a clean setup location and power sources/water hookups ready.

What Happens if it Rains?

Rain isn’t fun for anyone 🙃 that is why we offer a 100% refund if you choose to cancel due to inclement weather prior to your event.

A little rain is okay and still safe to use, but ultimately we leave the decision up to you. Please keep in mind, if you choose to opt out of the option above, you will be charged the full cost of the rental.

Is my deposit refundable?

With the exception of inclement weather (see rain policy), our deposits are nonrefundable. Due to limited availability of certain rentals, deposits guarantee commitment between both parties. If you change your mind on what inflatable you want, however, your deposit will go towards the switch at no extra cost. 🙂

Change your mind altogether? Deposits can be credited to future rentals up to one year from cancellation date.
